• A teacher should plan his lesson carefully. The lesson plan should take into account how much should be taught within the time frame and how it should be taught.

• Different students have different capabilities to understand a lesson. A teacher should make sure that whatever knowledge he is imparting in a period, seeps down to every single student in the class. To know if the lesson is understood or not he should test them by asking some short, oral questions. • There are different categories of students in academics.  A teacher should be calm and collected in the presence of his students. A strict or high tempered person does not make a favorable impression on his students. Students will remain scared and will learn nothing. • The classroom should be colorful, attractive, neat and clean. A teacher can post some projects, flowcharts, or pictures on the wall. This will not only make the classroom attractive but will also act as a teaching aid. A teacher should be very creative to make sure that his lessons interesting.

• A teacher should be very energetic and enthusiastic about his lesson. His love for the subject will be reflected to the students who, then, will learn enthusiastically. A teacher must encourage his students so that they can join him to complete the Teaching-Learning Process.

• A teacher must introduce himself so that the Students' trust level increases. He must be a counselor and draw the students close to him so that they feel comfortable and free to share their problems or experiences with him. Maya Angelou truly said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."


• The teacher should frame some classroom rules with the students and communicate with them. Research proves that children who involve themselves in making their classroom rules tend to follow them sincerely. The students know what is expected of them.

• Teaching cannot be effective unless there is a bond, a strong relationship between teachers and students. Teachers should try to know about their students. It helps to build a positive relationship between the teacher and the students. He can spend time during their lunch break or recess time or he may attend their sports events. If students understand that their teacher is interested in them, students will be easier to manage.

 A well-managed class doesn't happen in a day; it takes time. It's actually a series of trying different strategies and tactics. It shows the willingness to work with the students to maintain a productive class which will add charm to students' career and fosters healthy relationships between them.
